Your Neck Pain Shouldn’t Control Your Life

You’ve tried traditional treatments, but the pain keeps coming back. You deserve answers and lasting results.

You’ve Tried Multiple Treatments Without Lasting Results

Massage, chiropractic adjustments, and traditional physical therapy provided temporary relief at best. The pain returns days or weeks later, leaving you frustrated and searching for real solutions.

Your Neck Pain Has Lasted Months or Even Years

What started as minor discomfort has become chronic pain that affects your work, sleep, and daily activities. You’ve accepted it as your new normal, but you know there has to be a better way.

No One Has Addressed the Root Cause

Every provider has treated your symptoms, but no one has taken the time to understand why your neck pain exists in the first place or how your whole body contributes to the problem.

Why Juno Beach Residents Choose Next Level Therapy

We don’t just treat your neck pain—we find and correct the postural imbalances causing it. Our PRI-certified approach addresses your whole body for lasting results.

  • One of only two Postural Restoration Centers in Florida with PRI-certified therapists
  • Full one-hour, one-on-one personalized treatment sessions focused on your unique needs
  • Holistic approach that addresses root causes, not just symptoms, for long-term relief

Our Three-Phase Process for Neck Pain Relief

Phase 1: Resetting

We identify the postural asymmetries and breathing patterns contributing to your neck pain, then use manual therapy and targeted exercises to reset your body’s alignment and reduce pain.

Phase 2: Retraining

Through neuromuscular re-education and therapeutic exercise, we retrain your body to maintain proper alignment and movement patterns, breaking the cycle that caused your pain in the first place.

Phase 3: Resiliency

We build long-term strength, mobility, and body awareness so you can return to the activities you love with confidence and prevent future neck pain from recurring.

Neck Pain & Related Conditions We Treat

Our specialized approach effectively treats neck pain and the underlying postural issues that cause it.

  • Chronic neck pain and stiffness from postural dysfunction or previous injury
  • Headaches and migraines stemming from cervical spine misalignment
  • Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) pain and orofacial pain related to neck tension
  • Mid and upper back pain, shoulder pain, and rotator cuff issues connected to neck problems

“Amy Brown is the only therapist who has been able to get to the root of my chronic pain. As a therapist myself, I have very high standards, and traditional manual therapies from highly qualified providers were ineffective at treating my condition beyond a few days of relief. What I am gradually beginning to see are real and lasting results, as well as a deepening in awareness of how to hold myself throughout my daily activities.”

Tina B.

“If your life has been limited by pain and mobility issues and you’ve tried traditional doctors and physical therapists then this is your next natural progression. If you find yourself adjusting your gait, your arms and most importantly your breathing, then don’t compound the problem. Get in with Amy and start the process that will change your life. For the better.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about neck pain treatment

1. What makes the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) method different from traditional physical therapy for neck pain?

The PRI method recognizes that your body has natural asymmetries that can lead to postural imbalances and pain patterns. Rather than just treating your neck symptoms, we assess and address your entire body—including breathing patterns, pelvic position, and muscle imbalances—to find the root cause of your neck pain. This holistic approach leads to lasting results rather than temporary relief.

2. How long does each treatment session last?

Each treatment session is a full one-on-one hour with your therapist. This allows us to provide truly personalized care, thoroughly address your concerns, and teach you the exercises and techniques you need for lasting relief. We don’t rush through appointments or double-book patients.

3. How many sessions will I need for my neck pain?

Treatment length varies based on how long you’ve had neck pain and the complexity of your postural dysfunction. Many patients notice improvement within the first few sessions. Our three-phase process (Resetting, Retraining, and Resiliency) typically takes 8-12 sessions, though some chronic conditions may require more time to achieve lasting results.

4. Do you accept insurance for neck pain physical therapy?

We operate as an out-of-network provider, which allows us to dedicate a full hour to each patient without insurance restrictions. We can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Many patients find that the personalized, effective treatment is worth the investment, especially after traditional therapy hasn’t worked.

5. What should I expect during my first visit?

Your first visit begins with a comprehensive assessment of your posture, breathing patterns, movement quality, and the specific factors contributing to your neck pain. We’ll discuss your history and goals, then begin hands-on manual therapy and teach you initial exercises. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of why you have neck pain and a personalized treatment plan.

6. Can you help with neck pain if I’ve already tried other treatments?

Absolutely. Many of our patients come to us after traditional physical therapy, chiropractic care, massage, or other treatments haven’t provided lasting relief. The PRI method addresses underlying postural and neurological patterns that other approaches often miss. If you’ve been struggling with chronic neck pain, we encourage you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if our approach is right for you.
