What is a physical therapist?
Physical therapists are movement experts who are university trained in injury diagnosis, injury treatment, exercise prescription, injury prevention, rehabilitation and many other areas of sport and health and fitness.
What should I wear?
We recommend wearing comfortable exercise clothes and sneakers. Female clients may wish to wear a racerback top to allow for better insight into their posture.
How many visits will I need?
The number of treatments will vary depending on the problem and individual. After a thorough assessment, the physical therapist will discuss their treatment plan for the rehabilitation process.
What should I bring?
Please bring anything that would make you more comfortable, nothing is required. Remember to fill out your new client forms prior to arrival.

Do I have to be referred by a doctor?
No, physical therapists can assess and treat without referral by a doctor. You are welcome to bring one with you or upload one into your chart if you desire.
Treatment duration depends on your diagnosis, the severity of your impairments, your past medical history, and other factors. Re-evaluations will be done every 6 visits to assess your progress as you progress throughout your program.
