Our Vision

To empower people to understand their God given bodies better to free them from the limitations of injury or poor function to be able to live out their purpose in life not physically limited.

Our Approach

What is our approach for success? We use an effective 3 step process!

Step One is the Resetting phase. The definition of reposition is "to place in a different position, alter the position of". This phase includes exercises and hands on techniques to get you into a new position of alignment. This first phase will alleviate some pain and typically last about 1-3 sessions. Breath work is often incorporated into this phase.

Step Two is Retraining Phase. The definition of retrain is "to teach new skills so that they can do a different job". This directly relates to your body and how your brain and body use your muscles. This phase includes balancing out the body so that any overly dominant muscles and patterns are not as strong. This phase typically lasts about 3-10 sessions.

Step Three is the Resiliency phase. The definition of resiliency is "the capacity to withstand or to recover quickly from difficulties". The final phase of the treatment plan is designed with sport specific or task specific exercises designed to accomplish the goal of achieving resiliency in whatever area you find challenging. This phase can take around 2-6 sessions.

After completing your plan of care and moving through these 3 phases it is a recommended to consider joining our Longevity membership program! The definition of longevity is "long life". One of our goals at Next Level is to ensure that the gains made during your treatment plan are maintained. This can be done independently, but if you are someone who likes to have a professional making sure it sticks this may be for you!
